The festival takes place on the plateau beside the Pobednik monument, in the Upper Town of Belgrade Fortress, above the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers.
Festival se održava na platou pored spomenika Pobednik, na Gornjem gradu Beogradske tvrđave, iznad ušća Save u Dunav.
